Our primary audience includes members of fire, EMS, and emergency management agencies who want to establish or strengthen their role as public information officers (PIOs). This includes chief officers, community risk reduction staff, and anyone responsible for managing their department’s social media accounts or interacting with the media.
Our training covers best practices in social media, crisis and strategic communications, on-camera and virtual interview techniques, reputation management, breaking news response, and handling misinformation and disinformation.
